About this experience

This series of three workshops includes the creation of an individual handmade book through learning simple binding techniques. The book or journal offers a space to collect images, practise creative writing and record memories, thoughts and marks in individual ways.

There is no fixed outcome or expectation of personal disclosure.

Suitable for all abilities, this programme supports wellbeing through creative exploration.
