DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery

·        We can currently only deliver to addresses in the UK

·        UK orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail at a flat rate of £4

·        Free delivery on orders over £50

·        We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched

·        We pack all our orders with great care. If your items, however, arrive damaged during transit please contact us and we will try to resolve as quickly as possible. Email sales@falmouthartgallery.com

Returns

If you would like to return your item, please contact us via email to obtain a full refund sales@falmouthartgallery.com.

You have 30 days from receipt of items to request a refund. This does not apply to event tickets.

To do this we need;

·        Proof of purchase, including the order number

·        The items to be returned in the original packaging, unused and unopened where possible

·        We will not refund the cost of return postage unless the items are faulty

·        Please ensure that you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you return your items. We cannot be held responsible for anything lost during transit
